Аннотация: In order to solve the problems of low liquid absorption efficiency and poor porosity of common commercial polyolefin films, pan/pmma lithium-ion battery membranes were prepared by centrifugal spinning process with polyacrylonitrile (Pan) as the main substrate and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) as the additive. The structure and properties of the membrane were analyzed and tested by scanning electron microscope and electrochemical workstation. The results showed that when 18%pan:pmma=7:3, the fibers on the surface of pan/pmma nanofiber membrane were evenly distributed, and the fiber diameter was 300-400nm; The porosity is 85.13%. The high porosity of pan/pmma makes the membrane also have a high liquid absorption rate, which is as high as 424%, and the ionic conductivity at room temperature is 1.45 ms/cm.
