Аннотация: This research is aimed to identify social workers job satisfaction in Ulaanbaatar and compare its results by working fields. It was conducted using the questionnaire on Job Satisfaction Scale (Koeske, 1994). Results show that social workers are moderately satisfied with their job in general, and there are no significant differences between working field of social workers.

Аннотация: Effective performance has a significant impact in the overall success of anorganization.The aim of this study is to investigate the impacts of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on effective performance of academic staffs’ public universities in Mongolian.This paper proposes the use of organizational OCTAPACE /Openness, Confrontation, Trust, Authenticity, Pro-active, Autonomy; Collaboration, Experimentation/ culture models evaluate job satisfaction and organizational commitment of academic staff. Data analysis results indicate that OCTAPACE culture influences job satisfaction and organizational commitmentas well as significantly influencing on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the collected data, job satisfaction, organizational commitment significantly influences job performance. In terms of this study, a theoretical and empirical survey conducted in Mongolian private universities using among 160 academic staffs as participants. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 and Smart PLS 3.0 statistic programs.

Аннотация: Employee’s job satisfaction is one of the main influential factors for the effectiveness of human resource development. The aim of this study is to investigate the impacts of organizational justice, organizational culture, knowledge management and employee engagement on job satisfaction among public officers. This research topic has been studied and is well-known in the worldwide. In Mongolia, context the topic of study has been developed at low level. Data collected and analyzed from descriptive research can help public sector employees understand the factors of job satisfaction. Therefore, the research methodology organized and used some information from statistical calculations in Mongolia. Data were collected from 213 participants who work in a supportive service position and 227 participants who work in special service positions. The results showed that the effects of all factors such as organizational culture, knowledge management and employee engagement had a positive relationship on job satisfaction. It means that public servants can take care of organizational culture, knowledge management and employee engagement in order to remain and make their employees happy, as the more satisfied employees are, the more productive they are than those who are less satisfied. Our study discussed the effects of above mentioned results, the implications for theory and practice along with the limitations of the research and the implications for further research. Data were used SPSS and SmartPLS 3.0 to test the relationships between variables.

Аннотация: The aim of this study seeks to examine the correlations between five components of well-being such as Positive emotion, Engagement, and Relationships and job satisfaction. Then, our study is to investigate impacts of PERMA model's on job satisfaction in Mongolian public sectors and to evaluate their effects. We try and understand the factors which influence the acronym, as well as the consequences of it. We collected and analyzed data from descriptive research can help understand factors on job satisfaction. The data were collected from 138 participants who work in the public sector. This study discussed the effects of above- mentioned results, the implications for theory and practice along with the limitations. We used three components of PERMA model in our study. Our study is significant in considering both theoretical and practical issues and for practices in public sector. Data were estimated by SPSS 21 and Smart PLS 3.0 statistic programs.
