Аннотация: Flow-pressure complementary hydraulic synchronous circuit, also called f-p circuit, is essentially a flow rate and pressure complementary circuit featuring series and parallel arrangement of hydraulic cylinders. The mathematical model of a flow-pressure complementary hydraulic synchronous circuit with two cylinders is built, and its simulation model based on AMESim is established for numerical simulation analysis. Owing to the series connection of two cylinders behind the synchronous valve (flow divider-combiner), the flow rate and pressure of the two cylinders are of complementary. Results of the simulation analysis show that the flowpressure complementary synchronous circuit has better dynamic performances and higher synchronization precision than the synchronous circuit only with synchronous valve. Simulation analysis also indicates that the f-p circuit has some resistance to the asynchronization caused by different leakage rates of cylinders.
