Аннотация: In view of the present most USES 8 bit or 16 bit single chip microcomputer as the microprocessor of motor soft starter, run slower, not flexible software programming problems, we design a soft starter based on STM32. The starter used STM32F103 microprocessor for intelligent control the core, according to detect voltage, current and external input devices produce the corresponding output feedback information, through the drive circuit of three groups of counter parallel thyristor trigger Angle control, which changes the starting voltage of the motor, achieve the goal of control motor starting. The experimental results show that the soft starter overcomes the motor directly the shortcomings of current when starting, to improve the starting characteristics of ac motor has the very good effect.
