Аннотация: China’s contemporary mediation system can be classified into folk mediation, court mediation, organization of mediation, administrative mediation, arbitration mediation etc. ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) is generally used in the world to refer to the various kinds of dispute resolutions except for the court proceedings’ judgment. The mediation system in China may give play to similar social function with ADR, which, directed at some disputes, may resolve them promptly, accurately, mildly, and efficiently. Mediation, as a dispute resolution, with a long history in China, has reflected the fundamental spirits to pursue natural harmony in China’s traditional legal culture.The traditional legal culture was characterized with holding ethics, valuing cultivation, advocating harmony and despising lawsuit. These features still has impact on China’s legal thoughts and legal practice until today, and plays a positive role.

Аннотация: Any organization must feel vigilantly the changes of both external and internal environments, respond them and be changed and developed and organization management plays major role in leading to such development. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of management capacity, an important factor leading an organization to success on organizational performances depending from factors of business environment and managerial competence. Quality surveys were made among managers and workers of skin and hide processing plants to generate quantitative data, statistical analyses were made by use of SPSS and SMART PLS 3.0 software, analyses of factors and their validity and reliability, relationship and regression were performed and the results were estimated. From the survey, it is demonstrated that internal environment of business and direct external environmental factors exert weak adverse impacts on management capacity of skin and hide processors, whereas indirect external environments exert weaker positive impacts. According to assessments of managers and other employees, the managerial competence exerts the same strong positive effects on management capacity. However, study on the impacts of managerial competence to organizational performances reveals managers assessments are positive impacts, while employees weak positive. Results of the study of management capacity impacts on organizational performance show that managers assess the impacts as weaker positive, other employees strong positive impacts.

Аннотация: Indian higher education system has expanded at a fast face by adding nearly 25,000 colleges and more than 8 million students in a decade from 2001-01 to 2010-11. By 2050, India is projected to have 1 billion employable people (Source: Indian National Academy of Engineering, Vision, Mission and Values – INAE2037). The human resource must be channelized into enhancing national and intellectual property and productivity. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCS) has caught up in India, and many corporations are using this platform to train people and supply the industry with skilled labor. This paper proposes a framework for MOOCS and eLearning system for higher education. Knowledge management is about creating an environment where information can be readily shared. Creating a learning organization culture is critical. The future of integrated teaching and learning systems provides exciting opportunities to create new interactive learning environments quickly and at a much lower cost.

Аннотация: Satisfaction is determined pending the results of the work, the difference in the desired focusing and need medical personnel and medical staff values. Although many factors affect the satisfaction, it is important that the essence of the work and feels that it is work. Take a look at the result of research work of medical staff satisfaction 2nd Hospital of the capital of the 2014, it was satisfied with 5%, a significant 43.3% and 28.3% poor. As a result of the survey was that the stressful conditions of stress state during working hours 50% permanent, 30% frequently and 20% occasionally. Factor stress conditions arises from the client - 61.6%, from the administration - 36.6%, the operating voltage - 5%, from colleagues - 10%. In a survey for the improvement of medical staff satisfaction responded that the need to reduce the operating voltage - 61.6%, add the number of jobs - 59.9%, improve customer HCP - 34.9%, add salary - 53.3%, and thus the medical staff activity is improved and is suitable to work without any difficulty. Looking at the results of research work in stressful conditions are subject to youth 20-25 years, with experience of 2-5 years, but the convenience of the workplace, conditions of work, the desire to work, and health points to the fact that it is possible to improve the stress. Not satisfied with the workplace is a factor in the increase in life satisfaction and not stress state communities. As a result, stress is originated condition of medical personnel, reduction of the medical staff productivity, deterioration of medical colleagues to communicate the organization, increasing the incidence of medical staff, the psychological conditions of instability, negatively interact with the client or of negative value. Because the medical staff is a very demanding job, so job satisfaction affects the result of the medical staff and therefore need to find satisfaction.
