Аннотация: China’s contemporary mediation system can be classified into folk mediation, court mediation, organization of mediation, administrative mediation, arbitration mediation etc. ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) is generally used in the world to refer to the various kinds of dispute resolutions except for the court proceedings’ judgment. The mediation system in China may give play to similar social function with ADR, which, directed at some disputes, may resolve them promptly, accurately, mildly, and efficiently. Mediation, as a dispute resolution, with a long history in China, has reflected the fundamental spirits to pursue natural harmony in China’s traditional legal culture.The traditional legal culture was characterized with holding ethics, valuing cultivation, advocating harmony and despising lawsuit. These features still has impact on China’s legal thoughts and legal practice until today, and plays a positive role.

Аннотация: Recently widely used digital oscilloscopes based on personal computers. This oscilloscope consists of a specialized signal acquisition board which can be an external USB port device respect to computer. The user interface and signal processing software runs on the user's personal computer. In this work, digital oscilloscope based on programmable device FPGA only is proposed. The main three units - oscilloscope control, data acquisition and VGA controller are fully implemented on the FPGA chip only. The required external units are ADC board and monitor. As result of the project we have designed and implemented the simple digital oscilloscope using PEGASUS FPGA board and AIO1 analog peripheral board from Digilent. The design implements common features of a conventional oscilloscope, such as sampling rate adjustment, hold and triggering. While technical characteristics of the oscilloscope are limited, this could be used as laboratory experiment for medical students who study biophysics and physiology.

Аннотация: Internationalisation of higher education can be viewed partially, from the several view-point. The approach presented in this paper that takes into account the whole matrix of quality aspects of the study programs and the higher education institutions (HEI), delivering the study program, is the international accreditations’ perspective. The purpose of this paper is to present two selected approaches in assessing the excellence in the economics and business studies’ education, that have many similar features. The first approach is the European perspective that is based on standards of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA). The second approach assesses excellence from the USA perspective, described by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation. Since the changes in environment that represents the business frame of companies, are deep and dynamic, it is necessary thet also the assessment of excellence of economics and business studies follow them by updated orientation to multiple stakeholders and holistic approach to education in the field of economics and business sciences. As we point out in this paper, dimensions of excellence, assessed from the two selected international accreditation perspectives, in economics and business educations, are indeed multiple and include all stakeholders, namely students and graduates, HEI with faculty members as well as environment of the HEI (society, organizations and employers, social responsibility etc.,).

Having this is important for introducing correctly the style of traditional costume to the casual costume; making modern casual clothes harmonizing with traditional style; introducing the style of traditional costume to the worldwide clothing tendency; advertising the wealthy heritage of traditional costume to the world; introducing national brand product with specific features to the world market.The collection “Globalization” for seasonal coats is based on the results of design studies for ancient Mongolian clothes.
