Аннотация: Mongolian children have the blue spots on any part of their body from the birth.1 The incidence of the blue spots is occurring in other country, however its very rare. It were detected in central Asian Mongolian felt tent dwellers, such as the Buryatia, Tuva, Khalimag, Mongolia, Inner Mongolia as well as the Shinjian; also it was occurred in Korea, Afghanistan and Hungary.2 It’s known as the Mongolian blue spots in medical science thorough the world. The blue spots could be the specific genetic pattern of the Mongolian felt tent dwellers. The blue spot is classified by its location as persistent, deep penetrated and extensive.4 Some researchers noted that it is a normal condition however it is still not determined yet whether as normal or abnormal. There are a number of studies which focused on the prevalence of the blue spots. However there are lack of studies which emphasized the size and structure of the blue spots.

Аннотация: In the short term, type 2 diabetes may lead to symptoms and debility and in the long term to serious, including blindness, renal failure, and amputation. Traditionally, treatment for the condition has centred on drug interventions to stabilisehyperglycaemia and to manage cardiovascular risk factors, including blood pressure and lipids, to prevent associated symptoms and reduce the risk of vascular complications over time.Anyone with diabetes, including type 2 diabetes, has to make multiple daily choices about the management of their condition, such as appropriate dietary intake, physical activity, and adherence to drugs, often with minimal input from a healthcare professional.The objective of this survey is to evaluatetheir self-management after training with diabetes type 2 in the western region of Mongolia. Results based on their level of glucose and НВА1С. After training their self-management had improved.

Аннотация: Many parasitic, infectious and other diseases affect skin to livestock animal. These diseases negatively affect on product quality, economic efficiency and export. Therefore, it will be need to pay more attention to prevent the skin diseases. Goat poxvirus (GPV) causes huge economic losses in the livestock industry. Goat pox is acute or subacute highly contagious serious diseases of sheep and goats caused by capripoxvirus characterized by fever, generalized pox lesions throughout the skin and mucous membranes, rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and respiratory distress [1-4]. In Mongolia, the disease was appeared in 1967, and then was eradicated. However, it started to appear again in May 2008, 10-12 Kherlen and Bayantumen were detected [4,5]. Also early in 2015, in Sukhbaatar and Dornod province were reported 2 cases of goat pox. In a study the unvaccinated young goats were inoculated subcutaneously under the tail with the virulent "Ho" strain, 9 days after lesions most gently were observed in the skin, lungs and lymph nodes macroscopically macula and papules were observed at the inoculation site in the skin of experimental goats. Microscopically infiltration of inflammatory cells was more severe and the epithelial necrosis was present in the epidermis of the skin. Large proportion of epithelial cells were swollen and vacuolated, numerous spindle shaped multinucleated large cells are seen.

Аннотация: Effective performance has a significant impact in the overall success of anorganization.The aim of this study is to investigate the impacts of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on effective performance of academic staffs’ public universities in Mongolian.This paper proposes the use of organizational OCTAPACE /Openness, Confrontation, Trust, Authenticity, Pro-active, Autonomy; Collaboration, Experimentation/ culture models evaluate job satisfaction and organizational commitment of academic staff. Data analysis results indicate that OCTAPACE culture influences job satisfaction and organizational commitmentas well as significantly influencing on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the collected data, job satisfaction, organizational commitment significantly influences job performance. In terms of this study, a theoretical and empirical survey conducted in Mongolian private universities using among 160 academic staffs as participants. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 and Smart PLS 3.0 statistic programs.

Аннотация: We examine optimal advertising spending in a duopolistic market where each company’s market share depends on its own and its competitor’s advertising decisions. We extend a differential game theory model of advertising, which based on the classic such as Vidale-Wolfe, Sethi, Sorger and Prasad advertising models by incorporating profit functions obtained due to differences of competition response. We implement our model in Mongolia insurance companies. Numerical results show efficient of our proposed model.

Аннотация: Employee’s job satisfaction is one of the main influential factors for the effectiveness of human resource development. The aim of this study is to investigate the impacts of organizational justice, organizational culture, knowledge management and employee engagement on job satisfaction among public officers. This research topic has been studied and is well-known in the worldwide. In Mongolia, context the topic of study has been developed at low level. Data collected and analyzed from descriptive research can help public sector employees understand the factors of job satisfaction. Therefore, the research methodology organized and used some information from statistical calculations in Mongolia. Data were collected from 213 participants who work in a supportive service position and 227 participants who work in special service positions. The results showed that the effects of all factors such as organizational culture, knowledge management and employee engagement had a positive relationship on job satisfaction. It means that public servants can take care of organizational culture, knowledge management and employee engagement in order to remain and make their employees happy, as the more satisfied employees are, the more productive they are than those who are less satisfied. Our study discussed the effects of above mentioned results, the implications for theory and practice along with the limitations of the research and the implications for further research. Data were used SPSS and SmartPLS 3.0 to test the relationships between variables.
