The leather sheet is made into a size in terms of meter square in surface area with thickness 2 cm. The process includes collection of the leather waste and cut into a small pieces which is fed into a fibrizer that converts leather in to spongy or fiber like material. The fibrized material is washed with water and rinsed with 0,2% H2SO4 for 24 hours. Later the material is cleaned with water and grinded by mixer. The resultant substrate is placed in vacuum filter to remove excess water. Finally it is placed in a tray for pressing by hydraulic press at 400 Kgs /cm2 to remove water and dried in open sun light.
